Helen brings with her a wealth of diverse experience having worked across both small and large businesses, from Sonoma, a founder led business, to Woolworths. Her customer centric approach has seen her execute on strategies that have step-changed customer offers and financial results.

With an entrepreneurial spirit, Helen most recently held the position of General Manager – Convenience Development at Caltex which saw her plan, develop and successfully launch The Foodary, a retail format with a focus on barista coffee, fresh foods and QSR partnerships (GYG, Boost Juice, Wok in a Box, Sumo Salad).  She also led the Caltex retail innovation pipeline including launching Uber Eats and Deliveroo partnerships and new digital experiences such as Digital Screens & Menus, Fuel Pay, Number Plate Recognition, Self-Serve Check-outs and The Foodary Pre-Order App.
